Hello, I can’t find the submit button for PCDA

Each individual section should have a Save button, after clicking Select and filling in appropriate values.
Thank you for your answer. Yes save, but how do I submit it? it says “Draft” does it means I have already PCDA permission for my test dev-store?
I am developing an application which needs the order details in the thank you page. I cannot test this app without this permission.
