Issue with Missing 'Submit for Review' Button – App Submission Blocked

I am writing to report an issue I am currently facing with my app submission. I completed all the required checks and preliminary steps on the evening of March 27, 2026, and also performed the necessary activity as instructed.

However, the “Submit for review” button is no longer (visible) on my dashboard, which is preventing me from submitting my app for review.

Due to this issue, I am unable to proceed further. This is directly impacting my business, as I cannot provide the app to my customers. Additionally, I have not received any email updates or guidance from your team regarding this matter.

I kindly request you to:

Investigate why the “Submit for review” button is missing
Enable the button so I can proceed with submission
Review my app as soon as possible once submitted

This setup is critical for me — only after submission and approval will my app go live, allowing me to onboard my customers and inform them that the app has been approved by Shopify.

Hi @Zainbin_Pervaiz :waving_hand: The “Submit for review” button won’t work until every item under “Preliminary steps” on your App Store review page is complete.

For embedded apps, the usual culprit is the “Embedded app checks” step near the bottom of that page. Since January 2025, embedded apps must use session tokens for authentication before they can be submitted. The check runs automatically, but it needs session data from your app first.

Scroll through each preliminary step on your App Store review page and look for any that aren’t showing a green checkmark. If you’re still stuck, a screenshot of that page would help pinpoint what’s holding things up.
