We submitted the app 3 weeks ago and still in Submitted status. Any idea how long it should take even just to get it to Review?

Generally, the Shopify App Team takes a longer time to test and review your app.
It’s very normal in the Shopify App ecosystem. You don’t need to worry about it.

Thanks Jakaria, we finally got some movement but had some settings to update per Shopify. We resubmit the app and hope it won’t take anther month

We have submitted the app for review more than 10 times, including last Friday, and received approval on the same day.
However, for new iOS applications, the review process is taking more time. Even for apps with one or two previous approvals, the review duration is longer.
This issue is not related to Shopify.
Wow congrats on the approval mate. Ours is web ap not mobile IOS. Hope it’s a bit different.
Hi everyone, just looking for some guidance from the Shopify team or anyone who has gone through the app review process.
We submitted the requested changes to our app about 3 weeks ago and haven’t received any feedback yet.
During the initial submission we waited a little over a month for the first review, so I assumed that once the fixes were submitted the review would continue from that point rather than going back into the full queue again.
Is there a recommended way to check the status of the review or contact the app review team for an update?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
You’ll just need to be patient. There is a huge amount of submissions being submitted so the review team are at capacity.
