App Approval issues

Hello everyone,

I am seeking some guidance or a status update regarding my app’s review process. Here is my current timeline:

  • Jan 20: Initial submission.

  • Feb 06: Received feedback and submitted all requested fixes on the same day.

  • Feb 19: Currently 13 days since resubmission with no further communication.

I understand the review team is busy, but I have clients waiting for this specific solution to launch their stores. Could a member of the Shopify team please look into the status of this ticket?

Unfortunately we are seeing a higher volume of app store submissions so what you’re experiencing is expected. We’re working on improving this process so that reviews and re-checks are quicker - if you’re still waiting for a review on your resubmission in a few days please tag me and I’ll check the status, but for now the best option is to wait.
