I have submitted for review on February 19th and the status didn’t change from “We’re assigning a reviewer to your submission”. Anyone knowing how long it takes right now?

There is currently a high volume of app submissions, so delays are to be expected.

If my submission has been paused so I can make the required fixes, after i made the required changes and resubmitted I’ll have to wait for another 30+ days for review?
If you resubmitted your app then yes. Otherwise you should’ve just replied to the email you received from Shopify requesting changes.
