Hello everyone,
I’m reaching out here as I haven’t received any response through the usual support channels.
I submitted my app to the Shopify App Store on February 28, 2026 (App ID: 327960002561 - ref for appstore : 105018), and its status is still “Submitted” in my Partner Dashboard.
It has now been well over 14 days, and I haven’t received any updates, messages, or feedback from the review team.
I already contacted Shopify Support, and an advisor directed me to email Partner Support directly which I did —but I haven’t received any response there either.
At this point, the delay is blocking our product timeline and launch plans, so I’m trying to understand if this delay normal given current queue times. Is there anything I should do to move things forward?
If anyone from the Shopify team could help check the status, or if other partners have experienced similar delays recently, I’d really appreciate your input.
