App in 'Submitted' state for a month

Submitted my first app but it has been in ‘Submitted’ state for close to a month now with no reviewer assigned yet. In the automated email I received on submitting the app, I got a timeline of 2 weeks for review & test by Shopify.

Is this delay common? How can I reach out to Shopify to understand next steps and timelines?

The 2 weeks is a generic message in that email. Shopify are receiving a high level of submissions currently so delays are to be expected.

Please be patient.
