Hello everyone, is this a common issue?
My app store submission has been stuck in “We’re assigning a reviewer to your submission“ for a month at this point, with no status updates. I have read on this forum that the submissions are backed up, but a month feels like something could be wrong.
No worries if its just an extreme backlog, I would love to know where I am at in the queue though
Submitted March 3rd.
It took 37 days for us to get a re-review after our initial submission which unfortunately was rejected on a small issue that was missed during the first review. If we pass our next submission with current timeline estimates it will have taken us over 90 days to get a small app launched. Shopify needs to figure this out as its an absolute terrible user experience.
