App stuck on ‘We’re assigning a reviewer’ for 2.5 weeks – no emails received

Hi everyone,

I submitted my app “Upsell Shark Bundles” for review on March 12th (Reference: 106528) and it has been stuck on “We’re assigning a reviewer to your submission” ever since.

It has now been over 2.5 weeks with:

  • Zero emails from the review team
  • No status changes in the Partner Dashboard
  • No warnings or errors

The $19 fee was paid, everything was submitted correctly, and I added both Shopify email addresses to my allowlist.

I contacted Partner Support via chat but only received generic responses with no concrete information.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? And is there any way to directly reach the App Review Team?

There is currently a high number of submissions so delays are to be expected, Shopify have said themself expect around a ~30 day wait time:
