Application stuck at "We're assigning a reviewer to your submission"

Hey!

So we’ve submitted our Public App (DashThis) for approval a bit over 2 weeks ago and it’s still stuck at the first step, which is “We’re assigning a reviewer to your submission”. Just wanted to know the usual wait times for that & if it’s normal.

Hey Marie,

We currently have a large backlog of app reviews in progress, so that’s the reason for the delay.

Ours has been stuck for the past two weeks. Could you please let me know the current status and when you first heard from them?
