Application stuck at "We're assigning a reviewer to your submission"

Hey!

So we’ve submitted our Public App (DashThis) for approval a bit over 2 weeks ago and it’s still stuck at the first step, which is “We’re assigning a reviewer to your submission”. Just wanted to know the usual wait times for that & if it’s normal.

Hey Marie,

We currently have a large backlog of app reviews in progress, so that’s the reason for the delay.
