App submission / approval?

I submitted my app for approval about 2 weeks ago and I am pretty sure it is good to go but it is still stuck in “We’re assigning a reviewer to your submission”. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to check on the submission beyond just waiting at this point? THANK YOU!!!
