App review delay - taken over 20 days!

Hello Shopify Team,

We submitted our app “inback: Loyalty & Rewards” for App Store review on February 21, 2026.

The Partner Dashboard still shows the status:
“Submitted – We’re assigning a reviewer to your submission.”

It has been over 3 weeks and we have not received any review updates or feedback yet on our email or partner dashboard.

Could you please let us know the current status of our submission and if anything further is required from our side?

There is currently a high submission of apps so delays are to be expected, more info below:

@Luke @Inrays_Tech You talk about 20 days, but my friend has been waiting for a month. Same problem, but no solution yet. Whenever he talks to the team, he only gets one answer: wait for patience. Please be patient.
