Hello Shopify Team,
We submitted our app “inback: Loyalty & Rewards” for App Store review on February 21, 2026.
It has now been over one month, and the Partner Dashboard still shows the status:
“Submitted – We’re assigning a reviewer to your submission.”
We have not received any review updates or feedback so far.
Could you please check the current status of our submission and let us know if any action is required from our side?
Additionally, could you please advise on the expected timeline for receiving the review outcome?
