POS-UI-Extensions have recently been affected by (2024-10) the updates and all extensions show up as Modals now.
Is it possible to make this a prop, for the case of extensions? The lost screen real-estate is quite a lot and although it makes sense for native POS modal style menus and settings, custom ui extensions benefit greatly from being full screen.

Hi Saara, we have also been wondering about this. Our POS extensions for WorkMate are quite big, with many screens to navigate through and many fields to fill out. While functionally WorkMate’s POS modules still work with smaller modals, it does have a significant negative impact on UX. You can no longer view all info at a glance and instead need to scroll or switch screens more often which disrupts flows. For now we are purposefully staying on version 2024-07 to prevent the smaller modal. I understand that for most POS UI extensions the smaller modal is perfectly fine, but wanted to make note of the challenges it presents for bigger extensions
