Recently, some merchants reported that they’re unable to add EasyTeam UI extensions because EasyTeam is missing from the available apps list (when clicking “Add Tile > App”).
They’re using POS v10.1.0 on iPad (10th generation) with iPadOS 18.4.1.
Our UI extensions use the following versions and are working as expected for other customers:
"@shopify/ui-extensions": "2025.4.0",
"@shopify/ui-extensions-react": "2025.4.0",

Hey! Sorry for the delay here. Our team wasn’t able to replicate that on our end, so they are requesting device logs to help. To ensure we are passing this securely, can you create a ticket with our support teams? They will then give instructions on providing logs to ensure they’ll be able to receive them.
If you can reply here with a ticket number once you have done that, I’ll be sure to add in the notes from our thread here so the context of what’s already been investigated isn’t lost.
