I never really new that a PDP URL can have an extra subfolder in the path!

Reproduction steps
Take any PDP URL and simply add “/wow” or “/whatever” to it. It works!

Have people used this for switching behavior based on {{request.path}}?
Do people know about this?
What actual purpose does it serve?
Will it ever go away?
