Not really a good category to put this under for now…
As I enjoy spending a ton of time here I was missing the purples of my VS Code and Slack themes… I understand that this would probably be a stretch to set up but it would be nice if we could have our own custom themes stored to our account or something which would override the defaults.
I was messing around a bit and set up something nice for myself but it would be lost with each page refresh (not using an extension, yet).
Back when I got into web development in 2005, I started with forums and always loved that you could have multiple themes for users to choose from, which we have here, but then I believe there was a user-override section too, if I recall correctly, possibly for accessibility reasons.
- YAAAAASSSS, user themes are awesome!
- I do not care to personalize further.
- Would be a nice-to-have but probably not worth the effort…
Assuming possible, if nothing else, for simplicity, it would be cool to see the code necessary for themes that would allow us to make our own, include them as replies to this topic, then have the powers that be add them to the list to choose from. Maybe even some sort of like/voting system as to what gets added. Again, a bit of stretch but thank you in advance for your time and consideration.
Thank you for coming to my forum topic.
