Hi, I have created a purchase options extension according to the Shopify documentation - Start building purchase options extensions , since the current subscription app extension will no longer be supported as of February 9, 2026. About product subscription app extensions
This Shopify command, as shown in the documentation, gave me a basic extension template:
shopify app generate extension --template admin_purchase_option --name purchase-options-action --flavor react
But in the basic Shopify template (PurchaseOptionsActionExtension.jsx) and also in the documentation, there is no information on how to delete a purchase option. And in the new purchase options extension (which replaces the subscription app extensions), there is also no delete icon in the purchase option block.
As you can see, we only have an edit icon. Does anyone know what the issue with deleting in the purchase options extension is, or where I can find documentation about it?
