Hello!
In my Shopify store, I use Shopify payments. I have my authorization set to checkout, but I don’t capture payment until the sale is actually fulfilled. Occasionally payments expire, and I resend the invoice to get reauthorization on the payment from the customer.
Recently, although everything is working smoothly on my end, I have been told my multiple customers that after entering their payment information, they were shown an error message saying something went wrong - even though everything worked and their payment is shown as paid on my end.
How can I fix this bug asap?
