Hi, I’m curious why I seem to receive several customers/redact payloads for the same store despite shopify reporting that they’ve all been responded to successfully.
They’re often 8-10 hours apart, and none report being retried, so I’m curious why it’s ever necessary to send more than one per shop?
For now it’s just a minor annoyance because of how much noise they make for our customer support when they come through, but wondering if there’s something I’m missing about the way we’re handling these. Anybody have any ideas?
