The method for updating your payment details depends on how you’re referring merchants to Shopify.
For Shopify Partner Program (Development Store Referrals):
If you’re referring merchants through development stores, your payouts are managed through Hyperwallet. Steps for that here: https://help.shopify.com/en/partners/manage-account/manage-payouts-invoices/payout-method
For Shopify Affiliate Program (Impact Platform):
If you’re in the Shopify Affiliate Program, your payments are handled through Impact, not the Partner Dashboard. You’ll need to log into your Impact account directly to update your payment details.
The Shopify Affiliate Program documentation explains that affiliates can choose to be paid when their balance reaches a certain amount or on a bi-weekly basis, all managed within the Impact platform.
If you’re still getting repeated notifications, even after you’ve set everything up correctly, I would make sure you don’t have a second partner account (I’ve seen that before) and then reach out to our support teams so they can look at your specific account settings to see why this keeps happening.
have you managed to resolve the issue of not receiving the Referral Payouts in Pakistani Bank? , as I’ve been facing the same issue from last 2 months, tried different Banks but still nothing worked.

Since you have been struggling for 2 months, I would recommend reaching out to our support team directly in the help center so they can look in to your account.
Yes now i am trying wire transfer as one of the shopify support guy, is still with me but for the past 4 months he is just wasting my time. Very delay in responses and allot of other things!

Well, I’ve add Wire Transfer details (SWIFT and IBAN of HBL) yesterday but I think that also didn’t worked, Pending Payouts where sent but still not received in my Bank.
FYI, I’ve two Partners Accounts where from I receive referrals , same is happening with both of them.
Can you please let me know which bank are you using and how long it took to send Wire Transfer to receive after adding the details.

Previously i was using MEEZAN BANK, And all my remittances drops here easily, Unfortunately not the shopify commission ones from past 7 months.
Now, I have selected the wire transfer and use another bank details ( Belongs to my brother ) lets see whats coming up.
I even contacted the meezan bank and they are clear, i am pretty sure its the shopifys mistake because as said earlier, i am receiving all the remittances except the shopify ones.

Same is the case with me, HBL is all clear in my case, I’ve tried UBL as well.
