Refind of One-time app store registration fee

Hi I created an app and paid the “One-time app store registration fee: $19”

Thereafter, I accidentally clicked on the option to “Merchant install link” (since I wanted to beta test the app).

Now it looks like I cannot undo the option and I am paying the fees again for a new listing.

Can somebody issue a refund. I cannot find the support email address for shopify.dev hence posting here.

To request a refund for this you’ll need to connect with our support team directly. You can access support via your partner dashboard by going to the “Support” tab and following the link for “contact Partner Support.”
