App Store Registration Issue – Already Paid $19 but Still Showing Unregistered

Hello everyone,

I have an issue with my Partner account. I already paid the one-time $19 USD fee for Shopify App Store registration, but in my Partner Dashboard the status still shows Unregistered.

When I try to register again, I get the error “Insufficient funds” and I can’t create a new app (the Create app button is disabled).

Has anyone experienced this issue before? How can I fix this or should I contact Shopify Support directly?

Yep, yep, many has been experiencing the same thing before: Unable to create an app but can you check again if the button no longer greyed out now?

The issue has now been officially resolved I can't create an app - #20 by Liam-Shopify
