I’m experiencing an issue while registering for the Shopify App Store. Shopify requires a one-time $19 payment to review my app. I added a Visa credit card, and its status is shown as “activated.” However, when I try to complete the registration, I receive the following error:
Is there any particular reason for this issue? I’d appreciate your help.

The first thing I would check here is with your payment provider to see if the charge was blocked for any reason. They would have the most context on why it failed.
If they have no record of the payment attempt even reaching them, the next step is to reach out to our support teams directly. They would be able to take a closer look and see if this was anything on our side.
