I am currently using Omnisend for all my transactional emails, including order confirmations. However, Shopify automatically sends an order confirmation email to my customers when they place an order, causing a duplication issue as they receive two emails for the same event.
Since Shopify does not provide a native option to disable this email, I would like to know if there is a way to completely prevent Shopify from sending the order confirmation email to my customers.
Could you please advise me on the best way to fully disable the Shopify order confirmation email so that only Omnisend handles this communication?
