I am trying to get access to a new client’s store - but I need an access code. Shopify docs say to go to Settings → Users → Security to get the code, but doing this gives a 404 error. My client can’t share store access with me and I’ve gone into another store I manage and I am seeing the same issue.
The URL I am ending up on is: https://admin.shopify.com/store/<STORE_NAME>/settings/organization-account/security

- for admin issues like this, the best place to reach out to would be our Support folks through help.shopify.com. If you’re still seeing this pop up, I would get in touch with the folks there to see if they can assist further. The community here is mainly intended for questions/troubleshooting issues related to our Development Tools/APIs.

Hey @Alan_G - the Help desk is all AI chatbot now, I told it a bunch of times that the screen was broken and it kept sending me in a loop asking me to go to the same link in different ways! When I went to the Partner Dashboard it sent me here to ask a question so I thought this would be the best place to go to.
Is there a dedicated link for reporting bugs now that the help desk is all AI?
No worries, thanks for clarifying @Alex_Jeffers . Yeah, the Help Centre first routes through an AI helper, but usually it should get you in touch with a person if you request human help.
