Why can’t I access my store?
Hey @Ric_Adams - you’re probably best to reach out directly to Shopify support for an issue like this. Alternatively, you could post on the merchant community forum (https://community.shopify.com/), as this is a developer forum.
This is normally the screen that is shown when a store is shut down.
To add to Sammy’s reply, make sure you’re logged in to the help center as the account owner. Often staff or collaborator accounts don’t have the permissions to look closely at the account status.
