Hi all - I confirmed in a live meeting with my client that she has given me and the developer access to “Apps” and “POS” however, I can’t access either one and I’m not sure why.

For questions related to collaborator accounts you need to contact support directly from the Shopify Help Center, as they’ll be able to look into the merchant account directly to see why the permissions are not applying: https://help.shopify.com/en
This is definitely an issue that I would love to see resolved. I have to have the client create a separate Staff Account under a different email address other than my collaborator email address so I can access POS. Shopify Support does know about this issue but they definitely need to be made aware that it is an issue that should be resolved. We can actually see the POS channel inside our collaborator account. Just let us access that way. ![]()
