Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone can help clarify an issue we’re seeing with a colleague’s Shopify Partners account.
The owner of our Partner organization (Zapiet) has granted her all available permissions within the Partner Dashboard.
However, despite having every permission enabled, she still doesn’t have full access.
Specifically:

She cannot see all of our development stores.

She is unable to request collaborator access to merchant stores.
We’ve double-checked that all permissions have been granted by the organization owner, but her access still appears to be restricted.
Has anyone experienced something similar or knows if there are additional settings, account requirements, or Partner organization restrictions that could cause this?
