You don't have permission to view apps

I have noticed in the past 24 hours when I request permissions to Manage and install apps and channels. I don’t have access when I log into the merchants store.

I contacted the merchant to double check the permissions. He sent me a screenshot confirming I have the correct permissions but I still don’t have access.

Anyone else having this issue?

Shopify confirmed that this was an issue on their end but that it should be fixed. I am trying to have the merchants provide the correct permissions to see if that fixes the issue.

I’m still facing the issue. It is only occurring for the latest stores request.

We are also still experiencing the issue today with all collaborator requests that have been sent since 12/12
