View Apps Permission for Collaborator Access Request not Working

I used to be able to Check this option when viewing a Merchant’s store to access the apps they have installed

But now even after the request is accepted the apps permission does not look like it gets applied, this has happened to me 3 times already. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Can confirm that we are having the same trouble. Cancelling the collaborator account and then re-sending doesn’t work either.

Hello @Liam-Shopify Also when we select all the scopes, the users accepts and then we still doesn’t have access for apps.

Happening on my end as well, last happened 1 hour ago.

From this tweet, it seems like on Merchant’s end, the “Manage and install apps and channels” are automatically disabled on the permission screen, even when we requested for apps permission.

I’ve also been bumping into this problem over the last week or so on multiple stores. Shopify Support didn’t appear to be aware this was an issue for other Partners as well. It seems to be resolved now, but required asking the merchant to check app permissions were enabled even after requesting access to all permissions.
