Not looking to create a negative vibe, but just trying to understand how an app that has only 3 reviews, of which one of them is 1 Star, still has an overall 5 star rating? Can some one give a breakdown on the impact of negative star on the overall rating? Thanks.
Most likely a bug with the calculation. Should be escalated to Shopify team.
