S-link in breadcrumb-actions slot for s-page doesn't work

Hi,

I’m building my app with the react-router template. I tried to add an s-link to the “breadcrumb-actions” slot in s-page. Whenever i click on the link, it’s show me a login page:

It seems the shop name is not included in the request to backend, so that the request cannot be authenticated.

      <s-page heading="Create a new entry">

        <s-link href="/app/" slot="breadcrumb-actions">Home</s-link>
        ...
      </s-page>

Hello, have you found a solution to this problem? I have also encountered this issue

No, not yet. I think it’s a bug that has to be fixed by shopify team. I’ve also tried to use onClick to navigate programmatically, but it doesn’t work either. It seems that onClick doesn’t work with the s-linkin the breadcrumb-actions slot.

Commenting to support fixing this ASAP. Several threads on this now and I don’t think there’s a workaround other than not use s-page breadcrumbs.

Hey folks! Sorry about this issue. We are looking into it. Will post here with an update.

Hey! There should be a fix released for this. Could you check if this is still happening for you folks?

Hi Fio, thanks for the quick response and the fix. It works now :slight_smile:

@hieu.digital Did this end up starting to work for you using the href or onClick? Just seeing this thread for the first time and for me the onClick way works now, still no luck with href

@mmatila it worked for me with href. Maybe you could try to do npm upgrade

        <s-link href="/app" slot="breadcrumb-actions">Home</s-link>
