Send email if order has a product with specific tag

Hi,
I am trying to set up a Flow to send an email if an order has been created that has a product with a specific tag.
I found the line items from the order, but cant seem to find a way to trigger sending an email…
Can someone help?

Hey @LCdM,

I saw your post and thought I’d share what I’ve set up. I created a Shopify Flow on my development store to do something similar. Here’s what I did:

  1. Trigger: Order Created
  2. Condition: Check if any line item in the order contains the specific product tag
  3. Action: Send internal email (or external email via a third-party app like Klaviyo or Shopify Email)

To use this workflow, download it from the Dropbox link below and then import it into your Shopify Flow:

Once you’ve downloaded the file, go to your Shopify admin, navigate to Shopify Flow, and import the workflow.

Also, if you want to send a marketing email to your customers, let me know—I can set that up for you too.
