Hi, I encountered a recurring issue when installing apps from the Shopify App Store using the Safari browser.
Here are the exact steps to reproduce:

Open Safari.

Go to https://apps.shopify.com/.

Click Install on any app.

Log in to Shopify and input the login information. (This step is essential to trigger the issue.)

After being redirected to Shopify Admin to confirm the installation, a “server error” message appears.
I tested with multiple apps, and the same error occurs. This seems to be a Shopify-side issue rather than an app-specific one.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is Shopify aware of the issue or working on a fix?
Hi, did you try installing it on a different browser, like Chrome, Opera, Arc, or Firefox? I don’t have any issues here on the Chromium engine.

Can I ask where you’re based too, and are you using a VPN? If you switch to a different network do you still see this issue?
Other Chromium engine browsers have no issues
I am in China and used a VPN, but this issue was discovered by one of my American colleagues who did not use any VPN and is located in the United States
We’ve tested this on our side but can’t replicate the server error that you’re seeing. Is your colleague still seeing this on their side?
Yes. The issue still exists.
