Hello community. We are currently experiencing an issue in which users are reporting being unable to install our app, hotcakes, available here:
Users are reporting just being redirected to the Apps And Sales Channels screen.
Does anyone else have this issue, or know how best to escalate? We are relatively new to the space and could use some help.

Are the users not seeing any particular errors?
If they visit your app store, do they see any messages about compatibility?
For example since I’m not based in the US, I see this message:
Thank you Paige. We think we got it sorted. We were not seeing any errors, which was concerning. But we were able to get on a web based chat and then reach a developer who confirmed there was an actual issue with our app. We have since fixed the issue. Thanks for the follow up!
