Hi there, might I share my issue here, we have integrated with a Taiwan logistic company called Shipany to select Taiwan convenience store and fill the address in checkout.
I found that whenever is your first time to visit the site ( e.g. using incognito mode )
the shipping address (Address and City) cannot be filled from the contact_information
However, it will be working if you go back to the home page and start again.
It basically blocked us to launch to the site to public

if it’s the issue from the logistic company please inform, e.g. using outdated api
