Is there a way to fix this across all stores?
It seems that Shopify is only displaying 2 lines maximum at the time of checkout, and when we remove the “estimated delivery (min max delivery)” line, the description appears.
It is working now on the stores I manage. I tested a checkout on your store - it appears the min and max delivery dates are “null” in the checkout graphql response. The ‘description’ fields are present. I think you should check you shipping rate calculator.
Yes it’s working because I’ve set the min and max delivery dates to NULL as a workaround (I’m an engineer providing the shipping rate calculator here).
I can re-enable the min and max delivery dates now so we can replicate the issue again.
I see. It looks the same issue we had last time. I was hoping this was fixed for all stores. My stores are showing description and dates. It is better to contact Shopify support.
