We are having an issue after the Winter '25 update where Shopify Function Shipping Rates are not displaying in checkout after clicking on Draft Order email invoices to complete the order. This is leading our customers to not be able to complete checkout.
Is anyone else seeing this? If so, is there a known solution?

My name’s Jordan and I’m a product manager on Shopify’s draft orders team. As of Winter Editions, delivery customizations now run in draft orders, which I suspect is causing the new behaviour that you’re seeing.
Hey Jordan, thanks for the response. Any idea why the behaviours would be different between customer facing checkout and draft order checkout? We have no issues on customer facing checkout.
