I have a shipping profile with title “Shipping” coming in Discount function Delivery Groups but it is no where in my setup in backend. I am curious where does this come from? Please let me know if you have faced similar issue and know how to resolve this. Many thanks in advance.
Could you please check if there are any shipping rates created within the shipping zone inside the shipping profile?
Did you enter a Netherlands address at checkout? In Netherland shipping zone standard shipping rate added, so the shipping rate returned.
Yes I entered Netherlands. I see Shipping but in the 1st image you can see something called “Shipping” coming in my discount function input which is not configured
Resolved - This is the shipping delivery handle for “Gift Cards” where there is no physical delivery
