Shopify API Flagging Error Message during product creation

Hi, we use an api connection to upload products from our RMS system but since yesterday afternoon when we send a product across we are getting a message back from Shopify as below and the products aren’t creating, has anyone come across this? I’ve a ticket in with our RMS system but they say its a Shopify issue?

Message is -

The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.

Can you share details of the specific mutation you’re using (along with API version)? Do you have the x-request-id that was returned in the response headers?
