Use buy X get Y discounts, but the free line_item was not included the API response and order_status page. Anyone has same issue?
And how to submit a ticket by email to Shopify API Support Team now? I can’t find the entrance now, and always forward to AI help or Shop advisor.

Hey @XiaoLong_Yue, thanks for sharing the screenshots. Based on the line item reference in your screenshot, I’m assuming a bundle app has been used here?
If so, that may change how the line items are displayed where multiple products are combined in to a single line item. Can you query the lineItemGroup to see if this shows the full quantity?

Hi KyleG, Sorry for the late reply. Since the merchant reported that the issue was only found in a single order, I suspect it might be an occasional defect. Additionally, I checked the latest version of the LineItemGroup field, and it returned NULL. I believe this issue can be temporarily closed, and if the merchant reports similar issues in the future, I will provide new examples.
