Quick question for discussion —
Is there a way to temporarily remove the password protection on the Shopify store while still keeping it under development, just so Google can crawl and test the site (for example, using the Search Console “URL Inspection” tool)?
The goal is to allow Googlebot access for structured data and SEO testing without officially launching or exposing the store publicly.
Have you dealt with this before or know if there’s a safe workaround — maybe via whitelisting Googlebot, a staging domain, or limited preview access?
