Hi, my store was live, and then two things happened: 1) I added a domain name, and then 2) our company turned the site into a Partner Store, and now I can not find a way to turn off the password protection and make the site viewable without having to log in.
It was live and accessible without a password before the above two actions occurred. Can someone shed some light on the issue?

Can you go to the admin page and then Sales channels > Online Store > Preferences and see if you can toggle off the password protection?
If by Partner Store you mean a Development Store, as far as I know, it’s not possible to turn a live store back into a development store, and by default, a development store is always password protected. To activate the toggle on/off button for password protection, you have to pick a plan, but this is from a development store point of view.
Assuming you have already picked a plan, the toggle should be active, and you can just toggle it off. I hope this is the case.
A regular merchant store shouldn’t be able to be transferred to a development store - do you see the option that @seth shared to toggle off the password?
