Shopify Support can't see my dev stores

I’ve recently contacted Shopify Support from my Partner account regarding the issues in my dev store (see the ticket 62450425). However, the advisor couldn’t see this store listed in my partner account. I noticed that dev stores were moved from Partner dashboard to Dev dashboard, and the advisor said that Dev dashboard refers to some other partner account and I should provide access to it (as a pin or anyhow else) for them to receive access to these stores.

The question is - HOW? Because now there’s no way I can provide access to these stores in the dev dashboard because I don’t have any separate partner account nor any special access to it.

Could you, please, provide instructions and educate the Support Team on the workaround for this situation, if any?

I can confirm that this is expected behaviour that your Partner Account Development Stores are no longer accessible via the Partner Dashboard.

Moving forward all Non-Transferable Development Stores will be created, managed, and accessible via the Developer Dashboard.

While Client Transferable Stores will still be created, managed, and accessible via the Partner Dashboard.

We do have training internally for our Support Advisors regarding the Developer Dashboard, and will be ensuring the Support Advisor is informed on how to best support these topics.

Regarding the issue you were discussing in the ticket, I would recommend reaching out to Shopify Support via the Shopify Help Center again, as we do need to authenticate you with the Partner Account that owns the Development Store, in order to help look into it on our end. To prevent any further confusion with any new support advisors you discuss this issue with, please provide them with the previous ticket number, and they can refer to the notes that we have added on the ticket internally for more information on how to support this issue.

Hi @Kellan-Shopify I’ve contacted Support team again, and they yet again failed to help me and asked (twice) to authenticate my Dev store. Here’s another ticket number 62509584. I wish I could do that, I honestly tried, but they are asking the impossible. :laughing:

Could you, please, come to a mutual decision on this. Because when I switch stores, it’s not just me, my colleagues also no longer see our dev stores in the list. I understand this is because dev stores now belong to the relevant Dev dashboard, but how to share PINs to them?
