I created a new Dev Store via the Dev Dashboard (to create a new Shopify App) but it doesn’t appear on the Partners Dashboard at all. Why aren’t Dev stores synced and what can I do to fix this?
Can anyone help with this?

The behaviour you’re experiencing is intentional, stores created in the dev dash are for development purposes only and will not appear in the partner dash. Stores created in the partner dash are intended only for transferring to clients, and so won’t appear in the dev dash.
