Development Stores - Full Partner Access

Hiya,

With the new Development Stores, newly created ones are only accessible by the individual user who created the store, not the rest of the team in the partner account.

Is this intentional? That doesn’t seem right, within Shopify Partners and member permissions you can specify team members access to development stores and they’re set to “all current and future”.

Now when we setup a new development store, we’ve got to invite every team member individually as if they were a staff user?

At the moment it is necessary to add individual users to the dev store one at a time from within the dev store’s admin as you describe. We are going to to be updating this soon to support user management from outside of the dev store.

This is indeed an obstacle. The demo store under the company’s Partner account is quite inconvenient to use.
