Does anyone have any input on a Shopify Flow or Shopify API endpoint that can check after an order is created the success or failure of the order confirmation email? I took a screenshot of the order timeline and it looks like for this order you can see that the email failed for this customer so I’d like to create a Shopify Flow that notifies us when these order confirmation emails fail to reach the customer so our customer service team and reach out and correct the email.
Hey @flyag, Can you check the order.events connection to see if the note there mentions if the email was not received, or the email address doesn’t exist?
You could also check the customer.verifiedEmail field on an order as well. If that is false, it could be a sign that the email address doesn’t exist.

Thanks for checking that @flyag . I did further testing on my end and wasn’t able to get this by API or webhook either. I’ve submitted this as a feature request on your behalf.
