This probably isn’t the most appropriate place for this, but couldn’t quite find the right category.
Basically, I now work for an individual ecom company who just today received an email congratulating us on hitting 1million orders. We click the “claim now” button which then leads us to a landing page saying the store isn’t eligible. I’ve reached out to our partner manage but yet to receive a response.
Is anyone here able to advise?

- I think the best spot to reach out for help on this would be via https://help.shopify.com/en if you have a staff account on the merchant’s shop/ if you haven’t reached out there yet. The live chat function there should get you in touch with one of my colleagues in support who can help out.
If you do run into any blockers there though, just ping me here and I can see if I’m able to help on my end.
