We submitted our Payments Partner application [4 months ago] and have received no response or status update despite multiple follow-ups. This is now blocking a live production use case where we need to integrate a payment solution for our Shopify-based checkout. We are not requesting expedited approval, but we urgently need clarity — whether our application is under review, requires additional information, or is not eligible so we can adjust our technical approach accordingly. At this stage, the lack of response is creating significant business risk, and we kindly ask for this to be escalated to the appropriate Payments Platform team or owner for a definitive update.

I wasn’t invited initially — I applied following guidance from Shopify Support during my exchanges with them regarding the Payments Partner process.
